Hampton Choral Society was founded in September 1946, originally as the Hampton Philharmonic Society. It was for many years an evening class but in 1980 set itself up as an independent charity (Charity number 261788).
For the nearly 80 years HCS provided members with enjoyable rehearsals and has delivered concerts of a high standard at low cost and with out the need for auditions.
