HAMPTON CHORAL SOCIETY

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
Sadly our COME AND SING workshop at All Saints' Church on 21 March has had to be cancelled, in line with Government health advice. The health, safety and wellbeing of our members, and of singers from outside the choir who had registered to attend this workshop, is our No. 1 priority.
With regard to our Coronation Anthems concert on 16 May, we are reviewing the situation daily - please monitor these pages for updates.
In addition, choir rehearsals are suspended from 17 March and for the immediate future.  We will attempt to keep the website updated with developments on our programme as they occur but look forward to seeing our members - long-standing, new and guest - again soon.

HCS is a friendly amateur choir which is non-auditioned and performs around the area of Hampton, Middlesex. We have about 90 members and our repertoire is largely oratorio and other classical works. The choir gives two or three formal concerts per year, often with professional orchestra and soloists. Our Musical Director, Richard Harker, is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Music and Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge, and believes that rehearsals should be fun. They are!
Rehearsals are held on Tuesdays from 7.45pm to 9.30pm at Teddington Methodist Church, just opposite Teddington Hospital. The season runs from September through to June. If you are interested in joining, please drop in or contact us here.
Hampton Choral Society is a registered charity, number 261788.
